Betik's Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Eligibility

Betik (hereinafter referred to as "betik", "we", or "our") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the betik website and all related services.

By registering on or using the betik platform in any way, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using betik.

Betik reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on betik, the following conditions must be met. Compliance with these rules is mandatory, and any violation may result in immediate account closure.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may only open one account — multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document are strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required — you may need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.
• Citizens of countries where online gaming is legally prohibited are not permitted to use betik.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

All transactions on betik are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallet methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed on the platform.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, though delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit — this is part of our anti-money laundering measures.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Each promotion will have its own terms stated separately.
• Betik reserves the right to place payments on hold for suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

Each game and betting section on betik has its own specific rules, detailed within the respective section. However, certain general rules apply across all areas.

• Bets placed on Sports Betting events cannot be cancelled once the event has started.
• Betik reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a disconnection, the outcome will be determined based on the last recorded state of the game.
• Slot games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited by a third party.
• Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited.
• The use of betting bots or automation software is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

Betik is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming at all times. Any detected cheating or misconduct will result in the relevant account being investigated, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betik regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The full terms of each offer are listed on the promotions page. However, certain general rules apply to all bonuses.

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per person.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before they can be converted to cash.
• Some bonuses apply only to specific games or sports and cannot be used across all games.
• Betik reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

Betik believes gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we provide a range of tools to support the wellbeing and safety of our users.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Session Timer: Enable reminders to keep track of how long you've been playing.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Betik may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances.

• Violating any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability on the platform.
• Threatening or abusing other users or betik staff.

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw before the account is closed.

9. Limitation of Liability & Legal Jurisdiction

Betik always strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free service. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons. In such cases, betik's liability is limited.

• Betik is not responsible for games interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• Betik is not directly liable for errors caused by third-party software or payment gateways.
• Any disputes relating to these terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of betik's licensing jurisdiction.
• If changes to our service are required due to updates in local Bangladeshi law, betik will endeavor to provide advance notice.
